Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove all data InstaDMe holds about your Instagram account at any time. Choose whichever method is easiest for you — both result in the permanent deletion of your account data.

Option 1 — Remove the app from Instagram

  1. Open the Instagram app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Apps and websites (under Security or Website permissions).
  3. Find InstaDMe and tap Remove.
  4. Removing access revokes our token immediately and we delete the associated account and automation data within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email us

Send a request from the email associated with your account to hello@theatom.lk with the subject line “Delete my data” and include your Instagram username. We will confirm and permanently delete all data associated with your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

We delete your stored Instagram account ID, username, access token, any received comment and message event data, and all automation settings (keywords and message templates). This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
